If you need help right now
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate support, please be aware that Clearspace Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service. I do not offer support outside of scheduled counselling sessions, and emails or voicemail messages are not monitored continuously.
Crisis Support
If you are concerned about your immediate safety, or the safety of someone else, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis support services listed below.
The organisations listed on this page are independent services. Clearspace Counselling is not affiliated with, nor responsible for, the content or services they provide.

When Should I Seek Support?
Please seek urgent support if:
You feel unable to keep yourself safe.
You are having thoughts of ending your life and believe you may act on them.
You are at immediate risk of harm from another person.
You are concerned about the immediate safety of a child or vulnerable adult.
You are experiencing a mental health crisis and cannot wait until your next counselling appointment.
Seeking support is a sign of strength. If you’re reading this because things feel particularly difficult right now, please remember that help is available. You don’t have to face it alone.
